Products

Cold Finished Bar

We have rounds up to 4.000”, hexes up to 3.000”, and squares up to 2.000”. We can also supply bars with any combination of value-added services including: turned, ground, and polished. We also offer inline or offline eddy current testing 


  • Carbon Steel Grades: 10XX, 11XX, 11LXX, 15XX
  • Free Machining Grades: 12XX, 12LXX, LEDLOY®, Grade AX, 12L14+ TE, Incut®200,                            Incut®100 (1214SA)
  • Alloy Grades: 86XX, 86LXX, 41XX, 41LXX, 43XX (LEDLOY® and Incut® are                  trademarks of Arcelormittal) 
  • Aluminum: We also stock aluminum bar (round and hex), rod, wire, pipe & tube, and hollows

Applications: Due to the manufacturing process, cold drawn steel bars have improved tolerances, mechanical properties, surface condition and machinability over hot rolled bars. As a result, cold drawn steel bars are ideally suited for Screw machine parts, Fasteners, Motor shafts, Hand tools, Bearings, Hydraulic hose fittings, Gear box components, Piston pins, Disc brake systems, Passenger airbags, ABS brake systems, and many other automotive applications.


Other applications include: Fittings, Couplings, Electrical connectors, Shafts of all sizes and materials, Hydraulic jacks, Charge cases, Bearings, Musical instruments, Garage door openers, Lock nuts, Ball joints, Diesel injectors, and Hydraulic controls.
